OBJECTIVE

To actively support the full inclusion of persons with disabilities in Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) and society in compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations and to ensure input of persons served

AUTHORITY

Section 101(a)(16)(A) of Rehabilitation Act;  34 CFR 361.10(d)34 CFR 361.20; and 34 CFR 361.21 

POLICY

WWRC shall obtain input from persons receiving services and other stakeholders to improve the quality of services provided.  WWRC shall establish, administer, and document a system for response to consumer complaints and to make programmatic and service delivery adjustments based on that feedback.

WWRC consumers are encouraged to be involved throughout the organization in programmatic planning and decision making.
